A rubber base coat can be used:

United StatesThis shade is soooo pretty with a subtle hint of shimmer. It’s a little darker than pinky promise but that perfect soft pink color. You have to try it! I’m a darker complexion (410 in fenty for reference) and this color looks sooo pretty on me! Definitely great for darker skinned ladies ♥️
