Please allow 3-5 business for your order to be processed. For restocks and launches please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

NailzKatKat, LLC is not liable for any damaged, lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.

NailzKatKat, LLC is not liable for any returns due to wrong addresses under any circumstances. There will be no refunds for the shipping cost and a fee will be applied if the package is returned. 

If your item has been lost in transit please contact the carrier service first. The carrier will have more information on the transit of your package.

NailzKatKat, LLC is not liable for any international custom duties under any circumstances.
