All NailzKatKat, LLC sales are final. Due to the nature of the product returns or exchanges are not allowed. No refunds. No exceptions. All sales are final. Unless there is a manufacturer defect. NailzKatKat, LLC MUST be notified within 24 hours of your shipment arrival date if there is a mistake on our part.
